  1. The sun: The sun provides clean, sustainable energy all year round
  2. Solar array: The solar panels capture sunshine which is passed to the inverters
  3. The inverter: The inverter converts the power into usable electricity for your property
  4. Metering and Utility Grid: With net metering, unused energy goes back to the grid, often spinning your meter backwards. Excess/unused electricity is sent back to the utility company. The utility company credits your account for use at a future date.
